"Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success."
It is not possible to build a team without a strong work ethic, integrity, leadership, internal honesty, and accountability. Consistent lying, no matter how well sugar coated, goes so far before eyes are wide open. Manipulating a team and shifting the blame on teammates will never build a good work product no matter how smart the people are. Hiding affairs to refuse criticism and sever a team produces a haphazard result at best. As time goes by, that intricate web set for other people ends up strangling the life and soul. What is so worth destroying your mind with deceit to move ahead in life with worldly position and finance? Consider a principle found in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12. This is not limited to just two people working together, but as many as needed for a team to accomplish a goal.Who has worked on a team where the leadership was run by shifting blame and dishonesty? Was that bad behavior covered and protected to hide a dirty secret that people know anyway?
Who has worked on a team where honesty built an end product?
